Landscaping · Spokane, WA & Coeur d’Alene, ID · TradeUp client since December 2025

Greenscape Landscaping is a high-end landscaping company based in Spokane, Washington. While their work spoke for itself with a long-standing reputation in the community, their digital presence didn't reflect the same level of quality or generate the consistent leads they wanted.

They came to us looking for a full-scale marketing solution that would showcase their craftsmanship, improve their visibility, and bring in more of the right clients.

The Challenge

Greenscape had the portfolio, talent, and reputation, but their digital presence didn't match. They had no streamlined brand identity and minimal visibility online.

Solution

We delivered a full-scale marketing system built around the quality of Greenscape's work. That started with a custom-designed, SEO-optimized website to serve as their digital home base. From there, we captured their projects through high-quality photo and video shoots — fueling content for their portfolio, social media, and digital ads.

To drive traffic and leads, we launched targeted Meta ad campaigns using custom visuals and copy, directing homeowners to the fully optimized website.

We also handled their local SEO, kept their Google Business Profile updated, and created branded print materials to reinforce their presence.

Through consistent communication, tailored strategy, and content that makes their work shine, we helped Greenscape turn their finished jobs into ongoing lead generators.

Two sites, one brand

A page for every service they sell.

Landscaping isn’t one job, it’s thirty. Rather than bury everything under a services tab, we gave each one its own page on each site — spokanegreenscape.com for Washington, greenscapecda.com for North Idaho.

The Idaho expansion

A second market, built from nothing.

We built the Idaho site its own 24-page library rather than pointing Idaho traffic at a Spokane page. Nine months on it ranks first for Hayden lawn care and pulls eleven times the daily search visibility.

Website

Greenscape's website is a full-service lead-generation platform built to capture every type of client they want to attract.

We designed a custom, SEO-optimized website from the ground up, structured to highlight the breadth of services they offer while guiding users toward action at every step.

Dedicated service pages for each specific offering feature original photography and video content we captured on-site, along with compelling copy tailored to the specific service and region.

These service pages have pulled in thousands of impressions and clicks each month, directly driving traffic from high-intent users searching for exactly what Greenscape offers.

Every part of the site is built with location-specific SEO in mind, carefully optimized for how homeowners in Spokane and surrounding areas search for landscaping services.

The result is a website that looks beautiful, builds trust, brings in traffic, converts leads, and supports real business growth year-round.

As Greenscape adds services or shifts focus, the site evolves with them so their digital presence always reflects the current goals of the business and continues to drive qualified leads without missing a beat.

Photography

Greenscape's work speaks for itself, so we made sure the visuals do it justice. Our team captured stunning, on-site photography that showcases their finished projects and work in progress.

Every shoot is strategically planned to highlight layout, detail, and craftsmanship, from sweeping drone landscape views to close-ups of lighting, stonework, and textures.

These photos fuel the website, social media, Meta ads, and print materials. They build trust, inspire desire, and help future clients picture themselves living in a space Greenscape designed.

  • Greenscape project photo — a tiered basalt boulder retaining wall holding a planted bed above a clipped lawn, in front of a mid-century home
  • Greenscape project photo — a flagstone patio with a long linear gas fireplace, cushioned seating and a dining table under mature pines
  • Greenscape project photo — a raised paver patio with a stone fire pit and Adirondack chairs, edged by a gravel bed with stepping stones
  • Greenscape project photo — a courtyard patio with a round stone fountain ringed by clipped boxwood, a teak bench and flowering borders
  • Greenscape project photo — a Greenscape technician kneeling to unroll a length of sod along a curved planting bed
  • Greenscape project photo — a Greenscape crew member running a wheeled edger along the lawn edge beside a sidewalk
  • Greenscape project photo — a Greenscape crew member kneeling in a gravel bed to firm in a newly planted golden-leaved tree

Video Production

We produced a series of impactful videos that bring Greenscape's brand and their work to life. Each video captures the real action on-site: heavy equipment placing massive stone slabs, team members installing intricate sprinkler systems, and the hands-on effort that goes into creating high-end landscapes.

We also captured the team spirit and comradery that makes Greenscape such a well-oiled machine, working closely together to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Drone footage reveals the scale of each project, while ground-level shots and close-ups showcase the detail and craftsmanship. The result is a dynamic, authentic view of the process that builds credibility and keeps viewers watching.

These assets are used across their website, Meta ads, and social channels, boosting trust, engagement, and conversions with every view.

Graphic Design

Greenscape sells thirty-odd separate services across two states, and a post that just says “landscaping” sells none of them. The design work gives each one its own piece: the irrigation system that saves water and adjusts to Spokane weather, the design-and-install that turns a bare lot into a dream yard, the maintenance that keeps it that way.

The frame around them never changes. One typeface, the Greenscape green, the tree mark and the phone number in the same place every time, so a Spokane homeowner who has scrolled past four of these recognises the fifth before reading it.

Half of it sells an outcome rather than a service — from tired landscaping to fresh and colourful, more than a yard, a place for your family — because nobody books a retaining wall for the retaining wall.

The same system runs the paid creative behind the twenty-two Meta campaigns and the branded print that goes out with the crews, so an ad, a post and a leave-behind all read as the same company in both markets.

  • Greenscape social graphic — two men shaking hands in front of dense green planting, over the headline “25+ years of making Spokane yards look their best.” with a call-today prompt and the phone number 509-461-8035
  • Greenscape social graphic — a landscape designer pointing across a printed site plan at a desk, over the headline “Your dream yard starts here!”
  • Greenscape social graphic — a sprinkler head watering a striped green lawn at dusk, over the headline “Our irrigation system is the solution for you.” with badges reading saves water and money, and adjusts to Spokane weather
  • Greenscape social graphic — a landscaped water feature spilling over rock into a pond framed by red maple, over the headline “From tired landscaping to fresh and colorful.”
  • Greenscape social graphic — a family of four standing around a fire pit on a paved patio at dusk, over the headline “More than a yard. A place for your family.”

We brought traffic from every angle: Steady organic traffic and Meta ads put Greenscape's work in front of the right people, turning high-quality projects into high-quality leads.
